As communicated in recent road map presentations and webinars, and in support of our commitment to ongoing innovation and customer success, Veeva is moving its worldwide computing infrastructure to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
As a result, Veeva Network will undergo following scheduled maintenance:
- Sandbox Pods: Veeva Network Sandbox POD migrations will take place on March 10th, 2018 from 9am to 9pm PST. During this time, Veeva Network will be unavailable.
- Production Pods: Veeva Network Production POD migrations will take place on April 14th, 2018 from 9am to 9pm PST. During this time, Veeva Network will be unavailable.
PLEASE NOTE: POD IP addresses will be updated. Firewall whitelist updates may be required for your corporate network if IP restrictions are in place. If needed, please visit the following page for Veeva Network IP ranges or contact Veeva Support.
