User cannot see any previous calls made on a Territory in Veeva CRM

The user cannot see any previous calls made on her territory in Veeva but she can see it in sales force. what could be a problem.

    Hi Slipa,

    If you are referring to the iRep or WinModern? If so, one reason could be that the previous calls are filtered out by where clause of relevant VMOCs.

    Hi Sipla,

    Please check the VMOC record for the call object. it is important that you are looking at correct VMOC record, means call object VMOC is common to all profiles or check if the user profile has a separate VMOC for call object and then check the where clause.
