Ideas for helpful Knowledge Base articles - based on customer feedback

We have been getting feedback on our Knowledge Base (KB). One, in particular asks for "More KB articles".  However, the question is not specific regarding the types of articles (areas of interest).  So, I want to pose this question for our Veeva customers:  

What type of articles would be most helpful to you? (solutions, general info, other?)

    Veeva Knowledge articles are a great help to resolve most of the issues our self. i would like to have more knowledge articles (Solutions) from veeva in future.

    also, it is great that you can add a GIF image to solutions to show a quick screens to customers to visualize the solution.

    also, encourage customers to post KB's as customers are the ones who face a lot of day to day scenarios.

    Hi Madhu,

    Thank you for your post.

    The GIF image is a great idea as it will help customers follow steps visually.  I have recommended to our support engineers to use gif images.

    The Q&A Communities is where the customers can post questions (that is their section to post "Articles").  Sometimes these Qs can be made into KB articles. The Knowledge Section of the community is created by Veeva Staff.  We are investigating this idea more.
