Binder Reporting - to show all of the subsections within a binder?

Can we have a report show all of the subsections within a binder? For example if I have a binder named TEST. Within TEST I have the section A. Within A I have sections 1 and 2. Within section 1 I have a document named DOC.

The report should show that DOC is in TEST > A > 1.

Hi Rachael - thanks for letting us know this enhancement would be helpful for you. This feature is not currently planned, but I've added you to the list of interested customers on our internal tracker.

    Hi Graham,

Please add us also to the list of interested customers - our users have also this need for this kind of report.

    Regards,

    Hi Graham,

Any update on the binder reporting for subsections ?

Within our business community there is a high demand to have this available.

A lot of binders with sub section(s) are created but there is no way to get a report with a 'simple' overview of which document in which sections.

Is there something that I missed in the reporting part or is this still under investigation within Veeva ?

    Regards,

    Miche

Hi Michel - reporting on binder subsections is not currently targeted for a release. It is possible to query this information using VQL, however it is not the most straightforward and requires multiple VQL queries to return the full hierarchy. I have included documentation below if you are interested.
