Unsubscribe Page

Dear Veeva Team,

On unsubscribe page HCP can manage his subscriptions. But If Consent is not captured for any Content Type or Product(Toogle is shaded red - ONLINE), nevertheless all check boxes are ticked. Wouldn't be better, if these check boxes will be unticked? It is very confused for everyone.

    Dear Martin,

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    As you've highlighted, the color of the toggle fields associated with items on the Consent Capture screen Online is different for items HCPs are opted out by default and items HCPs have intentionally opted out of in order to prevent users from asking HCPs for consent multiple times (i.e.: faded red vs. bright red). 

    This behaviour is to highlight the default consent state so that the users understand whether, in your example, they can send AE to the HCP or not.

    Hi Leticia,

    I understand the behavior with toggles and it is clear for me. My suggestion is about managing subscription via Unsubscribe Page by HCP. For now, if consent for Content Type is not captured(Shaded red), on the Unsubscribe page is checkbox checked by default (And it looks like the HCP subscribe all Content Types, but not). We define Unsubcribe page on the Object Unsubscribe_vod__c and specific Product on the object Unsubscribe_Product_vod__c. Is there any way how to update configuration, that checkbox will be unchecked by default, if Consent was not captured for specific Content Type?
