How to extend the number of characters for Pre-Call Notes on the Call object?

Hey everyone,

We want to extend the number of characters for the pre-call-notes field on the call object. Would the basic veeva functionaliy still work if I convert the existing field vom Text Area (255) to a Long Text Area field?

    Hi Nino,

    This is not suggested to modify and/or delete any fields with _vod in the naming convention.
