Not seeing Patient Call Record Type when recording a Call for an Account

I have created a record type ‘Patient Call’ under call objects and also created separate page layout as ‘Patient Call layout’.

Page layout assignment has also been done properly (assigned to all profiles).

However, I don’t see Patient call record type when I record a call for specific account.

Not sure what am I missing.
