Sort Veeva ticket comments bases on latest date

Hi Team,

when we create a veeva ticket, old comments are showing first and new comments are showing later. please allow user to sort the comments based on newest and oldest or default it to see new comments first.

EX: if the there was a lot of conversation happened in the ticket, then the conversation went to the second page and third page, but when we open the ticket by default it shows the old comment in first page and i need to go to the second page for new comments.

please change this behavior and let the user see new comments when opening a ticket.
