Users cannot see the difference in HCP’s initial Consent colors on iPads

Description of suggested improvements:

  1. Users can not see the difference between the HCP’s initial Consent state when Opt-In/Out has never been given. We would expect to at least see some faded color (faded red or grey for example to indicate that the consent has never been given).
  2. Sales Reps can record Opt-Out for HCP in iPad if HCP has not been contacted before. Now this is not possible on iPad. For example to change the color from faded red / grey to red.

    Hi Lukas,

The ability to differentiate between default consent state (greyed) vs captured consent for iPad is currently on the roadmap. It will not be in our 18R3 release, which is planned for the end of the year and the 19R1 release hasnt been scoped yet so I cannot comment on the timeline as to when this feature will be available.

Which customer is requesting this feature?

    Thanks,

    Nishant
