Next Call Action value is not saved or displayed of Call report on the Account detail page for Parent Calls

    Hi Silpa,

    In case you are referring to Pre-Call Notes and Next Call Notes fields on the Call Report, please note that Next Call Notes is populated from the previous Call with the same Owner, created for the same Account, where the Call Status is not Planned, sorted by Call_Date_vod and then by Call_Datetime_vod in a descending order.
