Differences in fragment rendering while viewing

I have found differences between online and offline behavior when reviewing a Send Email template for my HCP with email fragment(s) attached.  The online version will render the document as it looks in MedComms with a way to even download it.  When I try that on the iPad, even when connected to WiFi, I get a Safari error.  Is there anyway to correct this?  Would be nice on the iPad to be able to see the document before sending.

    Hi Kris,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the difference in behaviour when accessing a URL in Email Fragments.

We understand that use case that the user should be able to view the content/documents before being able to send it. This is a known issue and it is on our roadmap to address it. Unfortunately, I do not have a targeted release date for you. I will keep you in the loop once there is an update available to share.

All documents that are associated as 'Related Piece' to an Email Fragment or Email Template can be accessed by the end user from the My Approved Documents tab, which is under the My Documents tab on Homepage.
