Capture entire Email

Our KAMs are using Veeva to email their customers both to introduce new products and following up on previous emails/calls and appointments.

When the customer replies their email drops into Outlook. The KAM will use Veeva to respond to the custoemr but as the customers original email is 'stuck' in Outlook then there is no thread for the KAM or the customer to follow - Whay can't Veeva create facility for the whole email conversation to be captured in Veeva instead of having fragments in different places?
