Online with Network: Adding 'Out of Territory' Accounts from 'Member of' and 'Members' sections

For our Online users, a big pain point we have is the fact that these users can see child account records for accounts they do not have access to. It confuses users that they can see the account listed in the 'Member of' section, but when they click on the account they get 'Insufficient Privileges'. It then frustrates them that they have to go all the way back and go through the entire add process through Network Account Search to bring that account into their territory.

It would be great if the user could quickly "download" that account and assign it to their territory directly from the line on the 'Member of' and 'Members' section, without having to go all the way back to 'My Account' --> Network Account Search --> Search and Add.
