    Hello Arun,

    This message will display for Bulk Actions which only support Read and Understood workflows if there isn't one available or the Documents are in different lifecycles.

    Vault Bulk Actions Documentation: Starting Workflows

    The Multi-document Workflow action Action will be separate if available.

    Things to check to start your Multi-Document Workflow are

    • There are Single document Workflows saved but no Multi-document Workflow
    • The Multi-Document Workflow's status is in Editing
    • The document lifecycle does not have the Multi-document Workflow states set.
