Configuring a notification workflow step

Hi,

We want to add a workflow step to notify all users with a specific role in a document. The admin guide indicates, for the recipient field: Select a user role as recipient for the notification. If multiple users are in a role, Vault sends the notification to all of them.

However, I can only see three roles when I create a new notification step: "Workflow Owner", "Owner" and "Controller". How can I select other (custom) document roles?

    Hello Raphael,

    You need to add a user control on the start step for your custom group. You can assign from the document's default users. Then the role can be selected for the notification.
