field not available for "use share fields"

    Hello Agnieszka,

    If a field is on a single document type and not shared yet, you will need to open the field details from the type it is on and choose, Convert to Shared Field.

    Another reason could be that the field is already on the Base document type so there would be no unused types to share on.

    Thank you Aaron, somehow it was not a problem, seems that there was a difference between field date and hour and sole date. Now I worked it out.
