Error: entity is deleted on call2_Vod_c object on Veeva CRM

Hi,

User getting the below Error : entity is deleted on call2_Vod_c object on Veeva CRM. Could you please suggest us, how we can avoid this error on user Veeva CRM.

    Hi Silpa,

    This could happen if the call or its relevant objects is deleted online before the syncing. When the user tries to upload that call during the sync, the error will occur.

    You should be able to find more detailed information in the user's activity log and please feel free to raise a support ticket if you need any further assistance on this issue.

    Thank you for responding. We have checked the user activity log but there also showing same error details.
