Email Groups

Hi. I am trying to create an Email Group so that when Veeva responds to submitted tickets, my entire team receives the emails. However, search in Email Groups, I'm only getting hits for Approved Email. Has anyone created an Email Group? Do you know where I might find the steps to do so?

    Hi Brian,

    A distribution list would need to be set up in your email client for a single email address that we can set to a Support Account to achieve this.
