Customer Downtime Experiences

Would like to know how Veeva Vault customers are handling the 3 release windows a year from a business continuity perspective where they are using full E-Binders and have no paper backups ?

We currently are having to print out all required SOP's in advance potentially required for the Release window and it is generating some work for our QA department that could be spent more productively.

How are customers dealing with these downtimes and the October highlighted one for Oct 11/12th ?

For customers using different Veeva Products, how are your experiences ?
