Occasionally I get the feedback from field users that would be useful to share Account Lists with colleagues. Namely in situations where the territories are handed over to new Representatives or in Coaching situations, where the Area Manager has some recommendations on Key Accounts;
While it is possible to share an Account List record with another user, they wouldn't actually be able to see the Accounts in the Account List. End-Users will need to create their own Account Lists.
My suggestion would be to allow sharing the Account Lists across users as it would facilitate collaboration between teams.
