In continuation to the Ticket #493534, whenever there is delay in processing Weekly/Monthly Analytics data in Veeva, Representatives will receive an error message - "There was a problem establishing a connection to the database. Please contact your system administrator." During that time we receive multiple Incidents from Users.
In order to reduce these manual efforts, are there any process/system improvement options to create a better error message if data is processing AND/OR evaluate the timing of Source System+Veeva processing so that V-Insights data is loaded at night or on the weekend?
