Sent Email records

Hi All,

We have a scenario where the Sent Date field in the Sent Email record is not captured even though the status is delivered.We also have an Email Activity record created for the Approved Email.

I have checked everything in these records and all details are updated correctly.Please provide us insights on how the Sent Date could not have been captured.

    Please raise a support ticket with the org id and details of these records. This looks like an issue and we need to investigate it.
