Unique Activities on Group Call Available for Person Account with Attendees

I really like the Unique Group Activities feature and I have clients that really like it as well.  Unfortunately, when the client doesn't have business accounts in their data this feature isn't available for them on Person Account Calls with Attendees. 

It would be really great if this feature was available on all calls with attendees.  It fits in perfectly with the ability to add Person Account Attendees (--paa section signal) to Person Account Calls.

    Hi Justin and Vinnie,

    Thanks both for your suggestion, can you please share a bit more so that we can help you with this?

    The main reason behind how the current design works, is that users pick the Business Account as the location first, which the system uses for the Parent Call that signifies the whole Group Activity. After that, they add the individuals (the Person Accounts, as Attendees) and then finally capture the details for these Attendees separately.

    How would you expect this to work when you have the 'main' Account being a Person, how would these individual details be captured ideally according to your use cases on the data level? Also, which areas are you looking to utilize as part of Unique Activities?

    Hi Arpad,

    Essentially, we would like it to work like it does, but when there is attendees on any kind of account.  Currently, we have clients that have not purchased any Business account data, but we still allow them to add attendees to the call.  The situation is identical in that the main account that is called against is the parent and the rest of the attendees are child calls.  This streamlines the fields ability to enter calls but it has some downsides.

    The way the system currently works, as you are likely aware, is that you can add attendees to a Person account call and the child call has identical details.  The clients would like to be able to add person specific detailing to these calls, the same as if they were calling at the Practice level.

    There are several other areas that we would have clients use the unique activities.  First, they would be interested in launching one group call and leaving samples to multiple recipients without initiating new calls.  Another be the user of individual medical inquiries launched from the call screen.  Another one I know we would find useful (depending on the client), is the ability to send emails to the individuals on the call.  Finally, the ability to record individual media presentation on the data is invaluable.  It's not uncommon for us to load CLM slide shows where they have slides that may cater to different types of people that appear on these calls.  This would allow for better tracking of CLM presentations and who is actually seeing and utilizing the presentations.

    Keep in mind, these are specifically for clients who have not purchased Business level data but would like that same level of reportability and accountability with their current data set.
