Error while importing Maven project in eclipse

While importing project in eclipse I'm getting some error. It used to work fine but recently I have been receiving the error. Please take a look into this and help me fix this.

    Hi Covance App Support,

This error can occur due to many reasons. The most likely reason this could occur is due to Maven not being installed on your system. Please validate that the following command works outside of the Eclipse IDE by using a command prompt or terminal in your project directory: mvn -U dependency:resolve. You can also use the -X flag to get a detailed debug log.

If the above command works outside of Eclipse, the other likely issue is that Maven is not using Eclipse's proxy settings. Please see the following link on how to check whether this is working correctly: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7737710/maven-plugin-not-using-eclipses-proxy-settings. Lastly, if the above two fixes do not work, you can try and clear the Maven cache or manually download install the maven-resources-plugin.

    Hope that helps!
