Sent Email having multiple clicks at same time

As per the observation, it seems the email activity is wrongly captured, especially the number of clicks is showing more than 100 at same time. This seems to be addressed as soon as possible. Our Customers and country admins are really confused about this total clicks count, how can veeva clarifies this scenario? Kindly provide the insight on how these total click are calculated by Email engine services.

    Hi Jagan,

    We have seen similar behaviour (of 100s of clicks and/or opens) with certain recipients. This is because of the security protocol the recipient's incoming server has. Veeva has no control over that.

    Can you please log a Veeva Support case for this issue and provide the relevant details (Org Id, Sent Email Id, Email Domain used to send the email etc) so that we can take a deeper look at the issue and get confirmation that this was indeed because of the security protocol.
