Dear Veeva Vault Expert Group:
I've a question here to you which i would need your help to configure.
1. Document Uploaded by Internal User - I want system to understand that if document has been uploaded by Internal user, then system should automatically add user to Coordinator role. No usage of explicit workflow to assign internal user to coordinator role.The reason I need Coordinator is because it's being used in some other workflows and user has to manually add coordinator role via sharing settings.
2. Document uploaded by Agency - External User - We let Agency user start workflow to assign ownership to Internal user who then gets Owner/Coordinator right and move document ahead. This scenario is fine .
