Automating R&U workflows for QualityDocs


I have a requirement to "automate" Read & Understood workflows for approved documents.  Meaning that R&U training needs to be automatically assigned to users based on their department, and possibly some other attributes.

I can get the Trainee role on Documents to auto-populate using DAC, however, when I initiate an R&U workflow, the assigned Auto Managed Groups do not appear in the Trainees field on the workflow popup.

How can I make this happen?  Or is there another way to automate training assignment?
