Approved email templates based on account location

Is it possible to configure Rep Triggered email to limit the templates that are visible based on the location that an account is in?  

An example is a rep is calling on an account in Colorado, we would like to only have Colorado specific templates available for them to choose from.  

Is this possible or would we have to instruct the rep to make sure and use the custom Colorado template when on these accounts. 

Preferably, we would like to make it as simple as possible for the rep and limit them sending the wrong template, either by validation rule or some other type of configuration.

    Hi Kevin,

    Approved Email supports Offline Validation Rules. You can create validation rule which prevents Accounts from Colorado to receive emails with Email Templates that are not assigned to Colorado and similarly preventing an Account from any other state receiving an email with an Email Template that is assigned to Colorado.
