Support Portal - Profile Changes...

Most users on our team that have Support Portal access are associated with our “Organization” so then looking at tickets they can see all tickets associated with ourOrganization, but some users are not associated with the Org, so they can not see our tickets.  I do not see who to contact or how to raise a ticket to get changes made to a Support Portal Users configuration.
