Today, at 5pm PST, Veeva CRM will release a hotfix to resolve a sync performance degradation.
In certain cases, sync could be blocked for mobile users when, the mobile user clears a text area, multi-picklist, or reference field on a record that already exists online. This series of events causes sync to receive an error and a sync won't occur. This issue affects under 1% of mobile users.
After the release, users affected by the sync performance degradation should perform a manual sync. Note: Approved Emails created over 7 days prior to syncing will not be sent.
