    Hi All,

An account can opt in to multiple Products/ Content Types at a given time. We create one Multichannel Consent record for each Product/ Content Type but only create one Sent Email record for all of those Multichannel Consent records. The lookup is on Multichannel Consent to Sent Email and not the other way round.

With current implementation, you can clearly follow the trail that how many times the confirmation email was sent to HCP and the details of each one of them.

    Thanks,

    Nishant

Agree on this. It is critical for legal porpuses to have this conection in place, otherwise an auditor can tell you have not the relation between where the doctor has agreed the consent and the consent itself.

This is a crucial change for an organization, the MCC must be linked to the SE in which the physician confirms the Consent.

Hi, We all are agree for the same. The confirmed latest sent email record should be stamp with the MCC record.

    Dear all,

With the current implementation I don't think it is easy to track the doctor aceptance. As Andriu mentioned, due to legal reasons, it is important to have a clear relation between the consent record and the sent email where the doctor gave his aceptance.
