Account Plan Fields in Record Details Section of Interaction

Would like the ability to capture Account Plan Fields (objective, tactic, action item, etc.) within the Record Details section for attendees of an interaction - that way if the user holds a group interaction, selects Record Details>selects several attendees> he or she will be able to record information against each of their respective account plans.

    Hi Ashley,

    We have recently released a feature in 19R3 where we support Action Items on the Call Report.

    This list of Action Items is also available on Calls with Unique Activities enabled, so you will get a list specific to each Attendee. By completing them on the Call Report, you can track back the Objective and Tactic details all the way up to the Account Plan itself.
