This is to confirm that the Align 20R2.1 production upgrade (202.1.1) has been delivered to production and sandbox orgs on June 19th, 2020.
What's new in 20R2.1
Align now includes an Administrative Area attribute on the Geography table. This allows administrators to easily identify and group geographies, such as finding all the postal codes in a state in order to reassign them to another territory. This field is automatically populated for US and Canada, and can be manually populated for other regions. Note: this field and associated data are delivered with the production release on Friday, June 19th.
Align now includes point zip codes with map shapes for US and Canada by default.
Search on the territory tab has been enhanced to support full-text search against picklist, text, and reference fields. This makes it possible to search for territories based on attributes like the associated field force, or the territory's description.
The territory tab now hides end-dated territories by default in the list and tree view. This improves usability for customers who have gone through major realignments and have a high volume of expired territories. Expired territories can still be viewed by clicking "Show End-dated Records" in the gear menu.
Account and target challenge reasons are now automatically carried over to production exclusion records when a model is published. This makes it easier to view production data and see why these exclusions exist without having to locate the previous model that created this exclusion.
The Targeting Rule related list now displays directly on the Multichannel Cycle Plan page so that users can view and create a targeting rule without navigating away to the associated Field Force.
