I created 2 record types in the TSF, HCO and HCP. To set then, I created a trigger (before insert) to check the account type and set the correct record type to the TSF.
It worked on online perfectly, but I note that in the irep (iPad) as soon I added from Open Data, the TSF doesn't set the correct page layout, it just fix it after I syncronize it. It looks like that the irep don't get the TSF info from Salesforce, the irep create a TSF by itself.
Is there something I missed? Is there a way to the irep set the correct page layout for the TSF?
There are some information that make sense just for HCO and others for HCP and without using record type I cannot see a alternative, because of this I'm trying to set differente page layouts.
