Hi, I would like to ask a general question about the Veeva Support.
Is there a possibility for the manager of a team to see all the tickets from my org?
I know there is an option people can CC the manager but if somebody forgets and I need to get that information from a ticket and that requestor of a ticket is not available it would be good to have the same option as we have in Salesforce (there manager can view all tickets from that org).
