Eisai users would like to have the ability to submit DCRs to inactivate child account records in situations where either the Child Account, or Parent Account fall outside of the user's territory. This functionality was assumed by the business with the release of the feature which allows child account records outside of a user's territory to be visible.
However upon testing and confirmation with Veeva Support the ability to submit a DCR to inactivate a child account record in these situations isn't currently possible. When submitting, the DCR errors due to the ID of whichever account is outside of the user's territory not being available.
