Error Message ReceivedAnswered
While trying to do an Unmerged I encountered this error and am not sure what it is and how to resolve it in order to unmerge the record. Has anyone encountered this before and if so, how did you resolve?
An error message like that would relate to a PARENTHCO record that affiliates the account to itself. I recommend opening a support ticket with full details in order to allow us to research this error and provide proper suggestions for resolving it. When opening the support ticket, please provide the above screenshot, the Network instance ID, and the record that needs to be unmerged.
