MedComms Medical Inquiry - CRM::Vault Sync to handle Push back to CRM with a non-CRM ProductAnswered
Client team has a use case where the initial Medical Inquiry in CRM is raised for a particular product (Product X). This Medical Inquiry is pulled to MedComms and processed in Medical Inquiry. During the processing the product is changed to another product (Product Y). Product Y does not exist in CRM.
On the push back to CRM the sync fails because there is not a 1:1 match between the Vault Products and CRM Products.
Client team would still like the CRM Medical Inquiry to be updated with all other updates made on the MedComms Case.

The integration is designed to maintain consistency between the two systems. This requires that the Products are mapped 1:1 between the two. The recommendation is therefore to add all products to both systems.0
