We should have notification to the Document Owner of any content that was copied from existing document when the Original content expires. (Expired, Withdrawn & Cancelled).

Example: A parent document is created and a child document is copied from the parent document. Our goal is to send a notification 'Parent document has been expired' to the document owner of the Child document, when the parent document is expired/withdrawn/cancelled.

We created operation in lower environment of MedComms Vault and found a bug that it sends notification of the old documents to the child document's owner since there are only two options on the trigger date - 1. is before; 2. is on or before.

Could you please also add an option on the trigger date i.e. Trigger date 'On' ?
