Hi Team,

Whenever a user makes a copy of any document, we need to send a notification to the required recipients. We tried enabling this functionality via entry action and by using API but nothing seems to work. 

Could you please help us add a functionality wherein when a user makes a copy and notification will be sent to the required recipients.
