Hi Team,

allow us to control what fields to display in email template selection page when sending email templates.

currently we are seeing "Approved Document name, Lastmodified date, product, language, description fields which can't be changed or re-ordered

Please allow admins to configure these fields.

one of the use case we have seen from our customer is to add expiration date field to the list, so that users get to know when is it going to expire
