Require Product Discussion OR CLM
Hi,
We have a request from a customer to add the ability to make sure either a Product Discussion Topic or a CLM was used for the call. They want to be able to say for their Sales team they either have to add a Product Discussion Topic OR they can show a CLM to the HCP. If at least one of those two exist then the call can be submitted. If NEITHER of them exists on the Call report then it can’t be submitted.
