The existing Veeva CRM Advanced search functionality is only able to display all accounts where one of the fields on the account contains a word or term that begins with the entered value.

Any record where the entered value is in any other position in the field is not returned.

Can this functionality be updated to search for the text in any position rather than just the beginning and retrieve the search result?

For e.g.:

If advacned search is enabled and user searches for 'ABC', it would display 'ABC Clinic' but not 'New ABC Clinic'.
