Stakeholder Navigator Hierarchy views to be improved
| 1. Multiple HCOs with same name are indistinguishable in the Stakeholder view. Solution: Showing the MDM id and address in the acct section will enable reps to select the correct HCO and add to their territory. |
| 2. In the case of a field users view: neither the member of section nor the Stakeholder Navigator shows a full view of hierarchy. • Member of section only shows aligned HCO’s • Stakeholder Navigator only shows primary HCO tree How will the end user know what HCO’s are affiliated to his aligned HCP? They do not see the MDM hierarchy data completely in veeva online and are in black hole here. They end up submitting change requests for hierarchy that already exists which gets rejected. |
| 3. Role filter criteria to be enabled based on Hierarchy data and not just limited to SOI data |
| 4. DCR functionality from within stakeholder Navigator is requested. With bulk deletes and adds. Add/delete to be completed within one click. |
