Remote Engage Invite Template ConfigurationAnswered
While testing a Remote Engage Invite Template on iPad, the customText picklist does not work as expected when parentCallDateTime taken is used.
But while testing the same Remote Engage Invite Template from CRM Desktop it works as expected.
Can you please look into this, as we have users who are facing this issue while testing such templates on iPad
Hi MedComms IT Support Team,
We do not support parentCallDatetime token inside picklists. We only support referencing fields from Account, User and User Detail objects using a token in a picklist. This is documented in our Online Help as well.
