Currently only a few OOTB Veeva VF Pages support custom search layout.

DCR is not one of them which results in Users other than System Administrators to view only two columns in the parent account lookup field on the child account page (Name, Account Identifier) as shown below.

Neither the current field – Account Identifier – has data for all markets, nor is it exposed on the page layout. Hence, making it difficult for the users.

The feature to add multiple columns on the lookup dialog would allow users to differentiate between accounts having same/similar name and would enhance user experience to great extent.
