We have ask from our end users saying that is there any option to show hide address in address drop down in call page based on our business rule.

Business use case: we have two different set of addresses. 1. DEA address 2. Non DEA address. (differentiated by record type).

we are using BRC functionality and we want users to select only Non DEA address from the address drop down and DEA address to be selected in ship to address field.

we don't have any issue with Ship To Address field as it only shows DEA address based on Sample Send Status.

Can you please allow admins to control showing addresses based on criteria in the address drop down in call page. or adding a custom field to the address concatenated string logic so that users can easily differentiate the addresses based on the custom string.

note: currently we are avoiding this using a validation rule, but business would like to filter and not show DEA addresses in address drop down.
