Show all Comments on DCR responses in CRM
Good afternoon,
A client has the DCR workflow set where a DCR add request is submitted to Veeva OpenData first for Data Stewardship review, and upon rejection, the rejected record is created as a valid grey record automatically. As a result, the last DCR resolution note always says "System approved - Workflow settings, auto approval is enabled."
The issue is that this covers up the Rejection Reason provided by the Veeva OpenData stewards and doesn't provide end users any context in correcting the DCR.
It would be great if the DCR resolution note on the CRM Data Change Request header object contains all lines of resolution note instead of only the last line.

Documenting context behind this request:
With the Alerts tile enabled, end users found that DCR resolution notes often only contained system messages due to the final step of the workflow, which approved the record as a local grey record. More context for OpenData rejection was particularly important for a subset of potential OpenData rejections, the Non-Prescribing HCPs such as NPs. There are at times follow up needed to evaluate rejected DCRs for resubmission or merging, a task made more difficult without the proper context at the DCR resolution notes level.
