    Hi,

Thank you for the suggestion. Can you please provide me with a detailed use case? What types of surveys are these? How are potential respondents identified? How are the surveys delivered to these respondents? How is the data used upon collection?

The request comes from more market research surveys which can be done when a rep visits an HCP. The solution Veeva offers now to select first an account and then any open survey which was made available to a certain group of users could potentially be used for this, however, without selecting an account first and simply storing the survey answers without any account assignment. Those surveys would of course not be consulted from the account, however, would be more reported.

    Hi,

So in the case mentioned the rep is still recording the survey as part of an HCP visit. What is the need for the survey to be anonymous if you know who the account is?

The rep would give the iPad to the HCP to fill it out. Not seeing the responses. The same goes for NPS Surveys which are sent out to HCPs (via email) and returned back anonymously.

    Hi Dan,

I don't have too detailed of a use case but I have also received this request from our Medical Science Liaisons. They are typical Medical surveys where they are asking questions about the HCPs beliefs and treatment approaches based on factors/circumstances of the disease state for example. Potential respondents are chosen based off of different criteria including KOL status, professional designation, geographical location, etc. The surveys would be delivered in person, the MSL would hand the HCP their iPad and would be able to say, 'No one, not even me, is able to tie your responses back to you" The data is used upon collection to run reports for Medical Affairs management. The reason they want them to be completely anonymous is because for some surveys it doesn't matter who says what, and making it anonymous will increase the rate of HCPs saying yes to filling out the survey. HCPs tend to be hesitant to have data about themselves captured because of how it could be used.

    Hi Julia,

Thank you for posting on the community portal and building on this thread. I've recently heard similar use cases.

I understand the list of potential respondents is created based on a custom set of criteria. How does the MSL, responsible for delivering the Survey, know which HCPs to deliver the Survey to?

What other channels do your MSLs interact with HCPs where they might deliver this kind of Survey?

    Thanks,

    Sasha

    Hi,

We have similar request for Post Event customer survey. During/after the the event we want to capture responses of event attendees about their feedback on event using an anonymous surveys. It will be great if Veeva allows anonymous surveys as part of their CRM road map.

    Hi Rohit,

Thank you for your contribution to this thread. I've heard this use case for post-events feedback as well. Can you help fill in with some more details specific to your use case?

    • Are reps emailing these surveys once the event is over, or are they asking event attendees to fill them out in person?
    • Do you need the surveys to be completely anonymized, or is the goal to prevent a specific user group from connecting the responses to an account?
    • Who is consuming the end product (the collected responses)? How is this data being consumed?

    Hi Sasha,

The post-event survey is another use case that arose in my organization. To answer your questions:

    • Are reps emailing these surveys once the event is over, or are they asking event attendees to fill them out in person?

They are asking them to fill them out in person by handing them the iPad. If email was available, we'd also consider that. But the request was under the understanding it would be handing the iPad to the HCP

    • Do you need the surveys to be completely anonymized, or is the goal to prevent a specific user group from connecting the responses to an account?

Completely anonymized. The business is firm on this because they want to be able to say it is completely anonymous.

    • Who is consuming the end product (the collected responses)? How is this data being consumed?

The Event Management and Strategy teams. Data is consumed via VDS into Qlik reports.

    Thanks for your consideration.

    Hello,

We also have this requirement in the context of Events Management; the ability to collect anonymized survey responses post-event, allowing attendees to share feedback not directly traceable to their Account/Event Attendee record.  Is this capability being considered as a roadmap item?

I second the comments made below.

    In our Organization we had a similar use case recently where the business required MSLs to run a survey in the context of a congress, but the account information/respondent was unimportant;
