Capture Product Metric in Call Details

Hi team,

We don't have historical transactions of product metrics; hence it's better to develop OOTB tool to capture certain product metrics in Call Details itself.

SFE really need this for analysis purposes.

    Thanks for your suggestion. Can you elaborate more on the specific use cases where you need to analyze the historical transactions for product metrics?

    Hi Cindy,

    Use Case:

    -Product Metric is Classification A|B|C|D.

    -As Manager, I would like to know how many detailings in class A & B for each month for the whole year so as to calculate incentive for Rep and track their planning & execution whether they are visiting correct HCPs.

    -Classification is updated every quarter.

    -HCP Sunny can be in class B in June but in class A in December. Therefore the detailing count for HCP Sunny should be B in June and A in December.

    We have our ADOPTION metrics in Product Metrics and ask our reps to update these regularly. The reps have asked me over and over again if they could do that straight from a Call Report. That would be a very good use case.

    From a call report perspective you could see a growth over time based on your efforts in the HCP/Relationship.

    Hi, I fully confirm Johan's point. We have the same discussion since >3 years. We would like to update the PM via the call directly and not via opening the account, klick on (+) for the PM and update the values... so beside the history the feature itself would be helpful.
